Downloading Test Results
What software can I download to?
You can download test results to any standard spreadsheet program that has the capability to import text files, including Microsoft Excel and Lotus 123.
Can I import the downloaded file into my application software package?
Yes, provided the package is CitraNet compatible. If not, a software programmer would have to develop a program to import the data into your own software accounting system.
How do I provide load test data to growers that I supply fruit to the plants for?
CitraNet only provides for loads provided for the unique supplier ID to maintain data integrity. Licensed fruit dealers can download test results to a spreadsheet and email or fax the spreadsheet to the grower, or they can provide test results via a website that is automatically updated with downloaded test data from CitraNet.
How do I download the file?
Log on and select data elements desired. Select the download button, which creates a file name and downloads to your computer. If you want to use Excel to import the file into a spreadsheet, start Excel, open the file name you downloaded from CitraNet and Excel will prompt you through a Wizard and import all the data. You must then format the spreadsheet the way you desire.
Can I download the same data more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like.
